She found herself into the home of Maxwell Sheffield who is a rich broad way producer. Fran was mistakenly hired as a Nanny for a special purpose. She became very close and attached to the three children of Maxwell and even develop a special relationship with the father itself and this causes complications since CC Babcock likes Maxwell very much.
